Mirehouse too good for Cockermouth

Cockermouth were on the wrong end of a 6-2 hammering in the Tesco Cumberland Premier League, thanks to Copeland rivals Mirehouse.
Nat Mitchell and Jackson Relph were on target for the visitors, but four from Karl Lofthouse helped settle the tie as a contest.
Gary Wood and Scott McKay completed the rout.
There was a big win for Borough, who put five past Longtown in a 5-1 drubbing.
Steve Kirkbride, Steve Graham, Andrew Jones and two from Andrew Wetherall secured the win.
Workington Red House beat Wigton Harriers 2-1 thanks to strikes from Stuart Gray and Scott Weston.
Carlisle City beat Aspatria 3-1. Malcolm Graham scored for the visitors.
In Division One, Silloth lost heavily at home to Windscale.
Adam Carr scored both Silloth goals, but Michael Farrer (two), Rory Black, Daniel Rowlands and Simon Borrowdale won the match for Windscale.
Elsewhere, Wigton beat St Bees 5-0.
